It was definitely worth the time and the money (as an employee of my company I got in there for less than half the price). Id even say it was a little overwhelming. Its incredible how many talented artists, that are out there, and you never heard their names. Well, at least thats my experience.
I hardly know anything about, what its really like working in the art world. I suppose, it can be a little tough at times. But as an outsider I can say that I quite enjoy the atmosphere at events such as the art fair today. Its so different compared to that at ordinary exhibitions at museums. Not that I DISLIKE those exhibitions, but at fairs you get a much different sense of LIFE, and you can tell that theres something going on. People at work doing business. I like that somehow.
I should like one day to buy me an original painting myself. I know. In many cases this sounds crazy, but on the other hand I wouldnt say, that its completely out of reach. However I also feel I need to consider such a purchase thoroughly. I wouldnt like to do it impulsively like sometimes in the supermarket with ordinary stuff: To Hell with it Ill allow myself a bag of chips today. And a Rembrandt too.

So you know how they're hosting the Climate Chance Conference/Summit/Talks/Whatever-You-Want-To-Call-Them/Etc in Copenhagen?
Is there any sort of general opinion from the people in the city about that? Like, how do most people feel about it being held there?
Just curious...

Oh yes, it's hard to avoid that these days. Well, it's a little hard for me to tell, but I THINK the most common feeling about it being held here is mildly positive. I could be wrong though
This evening I watched Danish news on TV as well as BBC World, and I think I'll stick to the latter over this summit. Their coverage seems to focus much more on the substance, which - considering that it's being held here - perhaps is not so strange. Are people in Australia interested in this summit too?

I don't know how interested people are here. It's been on the news and stuff though.
I'm really only following it for these reasons:
-One of my main interests is anime.
-My fave anime is Axis Powers Hetalia.
-My fave Hetalia character is Denmark (although he's only in the manga.)
-The conference is being held in Copenhagen - the capital of Denmark.
So yeah...
But I was asking because I wanted some ideas so I could maybe do some APH fanart about it.
Like - this person's already jumped on the Copenhagen bandwagon (that's what I called it...)

And with all my historically-inspired fanart - I think I should at least do something modern.

Just curious about something - are there any stereotypes regarding girls/women from Copenhagen in regards to personality/attitude?
